Huh? I can't change my featured deviation because "Your settings were not saved because newer settings were found on the server." What the hell?

Ok dA, really getting pissed with this ad for some show on abc that keeps popping up. And if I scroll over it some video comes on. Even when i refreshed it was still there. THAT IS TOTAL BS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
